Born in the vicinity of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, a resident of California since the late seventies, married a wonderful woman in 1991 and have three great kids . . . .

 . . . . been full time in real estate serving Southern California's Real Estate needs in the East San Gabriel Valley for almost two decades! I initiated my career in 2005 as a Realtor with Viola & Associates, in San Dimas. In 2006, I transitioned to Coldwell Banker Town & Country in Covina, serving my last five years as an Associate Broker. I also offered Property Management through the Coldwell Banker Town & Country Property Management Division (600 properties under contract). By 2015, I made a move as an Associate Broker to Supreme Funding in Temple City. With all the knowledge acquired with working with several professionals, learning office management skills, and following my dream with an ardent desire to become an entrepreneur… I launched in 2016 as an Independent Broker and founded Citrus Realty & Associates, in West Covina. In 2022 I founded the DBA Excellence RE SGV Real Estate, in Covina. As you may see, real estate is my second love after my family . . . .

. . . . in addition to my professional credentials, I have been active in youth groups, coordinating and supervising the activities of more than a hundred kids; in our church participated in a marriage encounter groups, later my wife and I counseling young couples; participated in our church’s Men’s Fellowship . . . .
